Dr.K and K participated in this training. It was minus 19 degrees Celsius at the Mt.Tokachidake Hot Springs.
Travelled distance: 21km
As usual, we climb talking together. Nobody wants to do training seriously.

Dr.K was asked to ride standing on pedals for pictures. But he couldn't find ideal centre of gravity and skidded.
K didn't have such a problem.
From the altitude of about 900m, the hard rime begins.
As if we dived into hard rime.
Sparkling shimmering dots are diamond dust.

But K waits every time and we continue climbing regrouping several times.

After wearing the ski glasses, we began to descend.
K procedes. The road surface condition wasn't so bad. But the wheels, especially the rear wheel skidded a lot. So he didn't speed more than 60.2km/h.
K arrived first to the foot of the mountain.
Dr.K arrived there about 3 minutes later. His new shoe covers were sufficient to resist against the cold on the downhill. However, his new gloves weren't enough against the cold. The parts with heaters were good. But the parts which aren't covered with heater are too thin and let pass the cold wind.
